I spend my days helping small businesses be better, writing articles, reading the news, practicing yoga, playing with my dog, catching up with friends, listening to music, cooking fun foods, learning Italian, and drinking coffee or red wine (depends on the time/day.. lol). I also travel often, mostly for play.I am really good at making my life an event. Every minute is a chance to experience and appreciate the moment. For example, I use cloth napkins at dinner. I often have good wine and cheese, and savor them slowly. I love to listen to music and it's mostly over vinyl so that I can hear every low note. I don't mind taking the time to get up and flip or switch the record. I go for walks just to appreciate an area, and it's even better with company.Really...
