Hi I'm looking to date, have fun and hopefully meet the right person! I'm always up for an adventure and appreciate everyone that comes into my life. I am constantly seeking new experiences and enjoy learning, I will always be a life long student "literally". I am a little bit of everything and have had many life experiences which have made me a very open-minded person. People would describe me as fun, outgoing, adventurous, fun loving, love to laugh, and optimistic.

I am a loving, considerate, multi-faceted (many interests and versatility in my passions) woman who is looking to meet her potential future husband. My purpose in life is to be a wonderful, devoted wife and compassionate mother.I have my degree in psychology and in addition, studied pharmacology, sports psych, psych of consumerism, and otherwise have quite a ranging educational background. I plan to work with elite athletes and olympians down the road as a sports psychologist and would love to go back to school to get another degree in public health. I have my own design business and people tell me I'm creative :) it's fun! I work in the healthcare field, however, and enjoy it. I'm easy going and open to trying new things/expanding my capacity in all aspects.), someone who is looking for a committed relationship and isn't pre-occupied with playing games or immaturity. You won't find me caught up on *** and night because that's lame and yes, I can and will stand my ground. Not looking for a guy to hang onto as a crutch nor do I want to be one; we should be awesome together!! I'm not just another girl off the assembly line, but a sincere being who is holding out to find that distinguished and special man alike. I'd love to hear from you if you feel mutually. Something casual and fun!Prerequisite: made in America only...please! Just my preference so others need not waste their time. Thanks!

Oh the long drawn out - "let's talk about myself part" we all hate....How do you describe yourself on paper, it never adds up to the real thing in my opinion. I'm on here looking for a few things - someone to hang with and have fun, hopefully there is a spark that leads to more...but I'm learning that's harder to find than you think. I'm at a point in my life where I'm happy with who I am and what I'm doing. Am I happy ***no - but who is. I believe in making the best out of life and what you've been given!I am a very independent woman, I believe a relationship is built on trust and compromise. I don't think you have to like the same things - but you do need to appreciate the other person for what they bring. I believe in partnership but also believe in independence. I want a partner who believes in equality for all, but especially in a relationship. Neither person should feel they are "paying for everything, or not able to afford things while the other is out playing." ***is key, but it needs to be based on income not on figures.Overall, I'm pretty simple. I love the arts, mainly theater. I also like football/sports (prefer it live vs. tv). I'm excited that college football is starting...ready for some SEC football! I like going out with friends/family, and I LOVE animals. I have two adorable cats who are my babies. I want to get a dog, but my schedule is not fair to a dog...cats love the "alone" time!I've been on a fitness kick since January and I'm really enjoying it. I also strive to eat healthy and cook most of the time. I'm doing it for me and to be healthy - not ever going to be model skinny and I'm fine with that. I've grown to like my curves and am happy with my body.I also love sports, but prefer to go to the stadium vs tv. I'm loving that SEC football is back - My Dad was a 4th Generation DC native, however I didn't grow up around here...but I still feel it's part of my family tradition to cheer the Skins on! For all other sports I don't have a "home team." NATS, Wizards, Caps are probably my teams just because I was born in the area.I'm also someone who can be comfortable in many situations: I like dressing up and going out (not a huge club fan, but it can be fun once in awhile), I like sitting at home in my comfy clothes. I can go to opera, I can go camping. I think you need to do it all as a couple - share both peoples passions. If you truly love each other - you enjoy the other's passion because you see them enjoying it. I am not a "car/motorcycle fan" but I get those are guys toys. As long as you put me above those (if we are a couple) I am fine. I don't believe those things (Really anything) should trump your partner. If you're interested in chatting - Shoot me a message, I believe friendship can turn into anything if the right connection is there. Also a few things I'm looking for in a man:If you are a guy who can be romantic, surprise a girl with flowers for no reason and you want a girl who can do the same. Think about it what girl doesn't want to be courted throughout life and what guy doesn't want a girl who is willing to come home, cook a nice meal (even if they are not the best cook) relax with their partner and dress sexy.I'm looking to just enjoy life with the right person, it's short. I want a guy who can dress up/down. Go to see a band/show or throw on the jeans and do a hike. Also if you just want to have fun and laugh. I believe everyone comes in our life for a reason and you can never have to many friends. I'm looking for friendship and a true partner but I am realistic you can't jump things. So if you are interested in chatting a bit, grabbing coffee, seeing the sites of the area, etc. Shoot me a message.Note: I am on here hoping Mr. Right will come "fishing" along. I am very realistic that you don't fall in love on the first date/first month (if you do there are some issues we'll discuss later). I want to meet someone - if we have chemistry - go on a second date, and if we find we like each other...get off this site and try things out. You can't have a meaningful relationship if you are still "fishing in the pond/sea!" I'm not on here for casual sex - I'm human, yes i enjoy that part of a relationship and I am far from a prude. But I have that option already and I'm looking for something more meaningful...so If you are married and looking for extra fun, just looking for a sex buddy, or not hoping that Ms. Right will fall in your lap - then we probably won't mesh. I like to make the first date interesting and unique. Surprise me! I am not one who needs extravagant things, a simple dinner out at Chilis (2 for $***is fine. Or maybe a picnic, bowling, going to see a show etc. The point of a first date to me is to see if there is any chemistry and if both parties want to get to know the other party better. To do that you have to make a bit of effort and go in with an open mind. You also need to go somewhere you can actually talk!
