I would really like to have a partner in life, someone to share things with, the kind of person who just their presence makes life more fun.I think one day, if I find myself thinking... "this would actually be fun if *** were here too", then I would just know.I'm Canadian, recently a Dual Citizen, which gives me a lot of freedom. I am Vegan (but socially a Vegetarian) and into alternative/preventative health as a hobby. I'm not an overly emotional person, but I did cry when Bambi's Mom died...I don't drink, have never acquired a taste for alcohol. I simply do not need a drink to have a good time. I am usually the designated driver anyway :)I'm pretty easy going, but not as much on myself. I like to play beach volleyball and surf (not well), but having fun, and continue practicing.     I've recently started changing my life. I moved to KC a little over a year ago to start a new career. I love my job and I'm glad I made the change. I really don't get out very much, but I do like to go out every once in awhile and have fun. Although, I do try to have fun in everything I do; whether out and about or at home. I used to be a pretty negative person but I woke up one morning and thought WHY. Its horrible to waist your life always being negative. Life's more fun when you are positive and open. I started losing weight about 6 months ago and I'm loving the results. I recently started working out and love how it makes me feel. If you are not a sports fan or know nothing about football or basketball, we will not get along. I love my sports and know a lot about them. I've been told my sports knowledge is a little intimidating, even to someone who has played sports their whole life. If you want to know anymore, just ask. My ideal first date would be having drinks and talking or go for a walk and get to know each other.

    I'm just finishing my master's degree and finally should have time to start this rat race of dating again.
