I spend a lot of my time just being a mom. I have one son, who's in middle school. When I do have time, I like visiting with friends and just doing spontaneous things from trying a new recipe to making wine. In the summer I like to go on trips and camp. I do some dancing once a week and I really enjoy it. I'm the type of person who will try almost anything at least once; life's an adventure and too short not to enjoy it. I also have a few tv shows that I follow and enjoy. I have a steady job, a steady income and my life is pretty stable. I would eventually like to get married... to the right person. In general I'd say I'm a fairly positive person and I tend to see the bright side of most situations; most things really aren't worth getting upset over. A take charge kind of guy is definitely attractive.I like all kinds of music depending on my mood. I like to keep first dates pretty casual. Maybe coffee, or a rock climbing wall, if the weather's nice a stroll downtown, skating. Who knows. Depends what clicks for us. As long as we can visit and have a good time.

    I've been out of the dating scene for a while focused on my kids and my career. And now that I find I want to start dating again I realized I don't know how to do that.
