I am not new to this, but I didn't really give it a chance so I'm back at another go. I am a genuine, honest person who tries to look at the glass as "half full". Music - that is a favorite subject of mine. I am a classically trained professional flute player so I appreciate classical music. However, what you will hear in my car on a daily basis is country music. I love to dance....country...salsa....would love to try ballroom!Goals & Aspirations - At some point, I want to get my doctorate degree. Truth be told my greatest goal is to be a wife and mother. The unfortunate part of that goal is.... I can not apply to the college of life and earn a wife and mother degree in 2 years. This is not guaranteed even if I maintain a high grade point average and don't miss class! :)What makes me unique? I will have to think on that for awhile!Hobbies - family, friends, flute, dancing, sports, movies....does this sound like interests?Do you know who I am at this point? Probably not! It is hard to give someone a description of another person. What can I say I am just me. (that helps right?)It is impossible to describe a person on paper, but hopefully what you have read makes you want to find out more. It seems that the people who "love" me the most are children. Which is good considering I am a teacher. :) My friend's three boys think I am the best thing since chocolate milk. Is it because I can make airplanes, push swings, climb forts, and play fun games? I don't know but hopefully, someone else will "love" these things about me, too!

I like to explore new places in the city, or even hop in the car for a good road trip. Maybe hop on bikes and ride some trails, or wander some cool neighbourhood. In the winter I love to ski and snowboard, and hit up the cross country ski trails.I'm not looking to be someone's princess. I want to find the person that will be my partner, the person I want to call first when something exciting happens. I want to find someone who is truly looking to be happy in life. I'm a happy person that loves life and loves to laugh. If you have kids, that's ok but if there is any baby-momma drama then I'm not interested. I work outside and I love it. I'm girly in the sense that I love wearing skirts and own quite a few shoes. But I also leave work every day with dirt under my nails. It all depends on the day for the music I'm listening to. I like anything from punk, ska, rock, top 40s pop, or even some oldies.I really like to travel, and would love to throw on my backpack and go explore some foreign country. So far I've checked out Europe a couple of times and lived in Australia for a year. I also spent two years living in a BC ski town. There are still so many places I want to see! Something where we can talk and get to know each other. It's cliche, but grabbing a coffe or beer on a patio is always a good start. If that goes well, then some more involved for the next time out.
