Hi! I'm divorced, no kids...just my furry ones. I'm an only child. I work in a doctor office as a receptionist. I love my job! I love having something to do and keep my mind busy. I like to go country dancing, as long you know how to lead! ;) I love singing... Whether in the shower or bath or in my car... Which I do often and get some pretty strange looks on my way to and from work.. But I also sing karaoke on occasion. I'm pretty much up for anything! I love spontaneous trips or traveling in general. I almost always go somewhere on vacation every year. I consider myself a fun, smart, caring and passionate person. I want someone I can have fun with no matter what we do! I love to joke around and usually have some pretty good comes backs! ;) laughing is good for the soul, helps you stay young at heart! ( As my Great Grandmother would frequently say to me). I'm pretty much an open book, and always say what I think, whether you want to hear it or not, of course when it's appropriate to do so. I don't like drama and have close friends that I hang out with who are drama free. I have to have some girl time every now and then, just as you should have guy time w your buds. I do like my down time to myself sometimes as well. I do not like feeling smothered, and not looking for someone who wants to act like my daddy rather than my partner. I have 2 dads for that, I don't need a another one. I'm close to my mom, I consider her one of my best friends. If you want to know anything else just ask! I'm a single mom of 2 crazy little girls.. They keep life interesting to say the least! Also keep me pretty busy, I guess that's why I'm on here.. I don't get out to meet people too often. When I do get out, I'm usually shooting pool or checkin out some live bands. I'm not picky about what I do with my free time.. I can be just as happy curling up at home to a good movie as I would be out on the town.. Doing absolutely nothing can be great with the right company. Hmmm.. this is always the tough part.. I am honest, laid-back, and open-minded. I love to laugh, and even more so make others laugh.. Though my sense of humor can be a little on the darker side. I truly believe if you take life too seriously, you'll drive yourself mad.. But of course it's also important to keep your head on straight. Some have called me pessimistic.. I'd say I'm just a realist. I may come off as indecisive at times, but really I'm just indifferent. If I do have an opinion on something, I'll express it freely, no worries.. haha. A friend sums me up best in an 'award' he wrote about me on another site. He says 'Just think of having a girl around to do all the cuddling and date-type stuff with while not messing up the dirty jokes and mosh pits on a guys' night out. She's refined, but more of a dude's lady. Laid back with a zest for life, and honest.'My favorite type of music is the slow but heavy stuff, like tool, Type O, Clutch, C of C.. I recently discovered Phosphorescence.. I don't even know what to call that dude, but it's interesting. I get into some death metal, love classic rock and bluesy stuff, very little country, no rap but some r&b.. I guess my taste is kind of all over the place.
