For the record...it is my personality and sense of humor to laugh about rediculous situations. I am not bitter or angry...at the same time...dont write me if...a) you have done or would ever do anything in my updates or b) just want to **** at me for actually having the updates.I am a hard working woman who strives for success! I love what I do! I like the finer things in life, as well as the simplicity of it. I am a single mother and an extremely hard worker. I have been burned in the past and just want something real, easy and fun. Trust is HUGE to me and I always go out of my way for my friends so *** the end of the day I want someone to go out of their way for me. I want to be swept off my feet and treated like a queen...Of course in return I would treat my man like a king. I DO NOT want someone who will be clingy or needs a lot of attention. I want someone to compliment me and my life...someone who has their own career and will let me have mine without trying to "take over". I think that when you care about someone, you should make an effort EVERY DAY to let them know that but dont smother me! I like to stay active and am always up for a challenge!I like to play tennis although I am not amazing at it...I love music because it is so much a part of what I do sooo I like a variety of styles. I am always up for live music! And despite how serious all of this sounds....I can be a complete goofball. But I need someone who knows when that is appropriate. If you absolutely cant be serious for any extended period of time...this wont work. Also, I NEED someone who is musically inclined. I know that is weird but if you cant hold a tune in a bucket or at least play an *** drive me crazy. Sorry..it just does. (maybe I am a little picky...lol)OK...update! I want that someone in my life who I can depend on NO MATTER WHAT! Us against the world! I need someone with ambition and drive. I cant be your motovation...you need to be your own. I want someone who has a career...not just a job (or who is content bagging groceries for the rest of his life). Someone who is not afraid to make things happen to get what he wants/needs. I want a family oriented man who wants that traditional family and understands the bond between a parent and child. I believe that a man should provide for his family when he chooses to have one (but not finance a girlfriend). I HATE CRYING unless it is a death in the family or something serious. How can you be a rock for me if you crumble at every sign of stress? I am a pretty tough chick...I make things happen and work my tail off, but I also have a fragile side and need a strong man beside me. I like to cuddle and am very touchy-feely...BUT when I am ready to go to bed....I dont want anyone touching me! If that is a problem for you sorry..I find the men who NEED to cuddle to sleep tend to have mommy issues...and I am not your momma! ok...thats all for now.ADDITIONAL UPDATE! When I say I dont like to cuddle...that means that I dont want to sleep with someone completely engulfing my body or flopped on top of me. I am very touchy feely and like to touch...I just dont want to be smothered! STOP WITH THE HATE MAIL ABOUT MY CUDDLING PREFERENCE! If you have a problem with what I prefer...DONT WRITE ME! You are the whiny type I am trying to avoid with my above update anyways! Thank you! :)I have to keep updating as I talk to more and more people on here...I do not like the extreme of any stereotype...Like the gangsta wanna be..the hillbilly.....none of them. If you speak ebonics or use sentences like "I aint bout to be over yonder" in serious conversation...please...please...please...pass me by. I am looking for a smart educated NORMAL PERSON. Also, Just because I am on here...does not mean that I am desperate. I wont take whatever I can get. I know what I want and being on here just expands my base to find it. Thank youLATEST UPDATE!!! If you can not survive with out sneaking around and self servicing to porn while you are in a relationship...DO NOT WRITE ME! What you do when you are single is fair game...but I seriously do not understand the addiction when you have a partner who is willing. Grow up!ANNNND...yet another update....(I am soo surprised that I even have to write this one but here goes)...If you CANT tell the truth about ANYTHING to save your life...or if you are extremely selfish...OR if you feel like it is your right to remove protection in the middle without asking (especially when she has clearly stated that she does not want that) DO NOT WRITE ME!!!!! I'm not blind or stupid and that attempt will get you dumped...even if we have been together for a year. uggghhh...idiots.....I AM GROWING TIRED OF THIS....If you have an uncontrolable NEED for sympathy and need to twist stories to make sure you get it...you are looking in the wrong place. I have been through a LOT in my life and have seen the worst of the worst...I WILL NOT feel sorry for you because your not getting everything you want when you want it. And I WONT deal with **** fits...your a grown ass man...act like it. And finally..if we go on a few dates and you come over and fall asleep watching movies...every night...that means you either dont have a home to go back to OR you just want to mooch off of someone. Dont expect to stay at my house...and EXPECT to cover your own expenses. What has this world turned into! I like lunch dates because they are more casual and it limits the "what next" feeling since I have time restraints. If we click..we can schedule a second date.

I have been on here a few times and I have made a few great friends off here. However I continually fail when it comes to dating guys from here. I would prefer to meet people "the old fashioned way," but it's easy to do where I live and my friends are all married or with kids and would rather just stay in to hang out.
