My year so far has been very busy. I bought my first home,a short sale, and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. I got a great deal, but it was definitely not a short or easy process. We are in the heart of the city, but you would never know it from inside. My place is an oasis amongst the chaos. My neighborhood is a melting pot of cultures, and I think it's great. I'm a big kid at heart, with the mind of a nerd. I love learning new things.My life is pretty low key. I got most of my crazy out I my 20s, and no longer enjoy going to crowded clubs or bars. A first date is an opportunity to meet someone new....a walk, grab a drink, a coffee, go somewhere you've never been. :)
