My year so far has been very busy. I bought my first home,a short sale, and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. I got a great deal, but it was definitely not a short or easy process. We are in the heart of the city, but you would never know it from inside. My place is an oasis amongst the chaos. My neighborhood is a melting pot of cultures, and I think it's great. I have endless options for places to eat and grab a drink.I feel a great responsibility to improve my neighborhood, and I volunteer when I can.
