Mom, photographer, event planner, returning college student, progressive Christian, liberal, survivor, homeowner, spiritual-question-asker, oenophile, foodie-wannabe, reader, movie-goer, newbie jogger, dog lover, daughter, sister, friend. I work full-time, and currently spend my time doing homework, raising an exceptionally cool kid, attempting to become a runner, running a small part-time photography business, and trying to keep up with friends, family, two crazy dogs, and healthy habits. Sometimes it's a balancing act, but I've got time and space for the right person. Some of the things I love are coffeeshops, movies, sweet wine, ethnic food, live music, stand-up comedy, good chocolate, yoga, my crazy-yet-I'm a short, curvy girl. (Not morbidly obese...just not stick-thin, either. I'm shaped like a woman. It's genetic - can't help it...I come from a long line of hourglass-shaped women.) I realize curvy doesn't appeal to everyone, and that's cool. I believe compatibility is partially chemistry, and partially is a choice two people make happen because the other person is worth it.     Don't judge a book by its cover...there is lot more to me than I show. I am down to earth, calm...a simple kind of woman. I immensely enjoy a good book...especially if its a good story, I lose myself into it..... Two books that bring out all my emotions. I can also get into a good movie. I watch horror, thriller/fantasy, action, n comedy (Adam Sandler). Some of the movies I like are the Saws, Lord of the Rings, Underworlds. As for music....I listen to Korn, Avenged Sevenfold, Five Finger Death Punch, Seether, Three Days Grace.I always have that feeling urge to feel the needle of a tattoo gun piercing my skin. When I can, I like a good game of bowling and darts. I'm not much of a partier....only drink maybe once or twice a year. I'm not interested in any man who is married or has a girlfriend.
