Hi! Thanks for stopping in. :) I am a 33 year old woman who is creative and young at heart. I have been singing all of my life and have been writing music for 12 years. Music is a big part of my life and I am currently working on producing my first album. I am very easy-going with a great (and silly) sense of humor that doesn't sweat the small stuff. I adore my friends and am very close to my family (so strong family values is important to me in a partner). In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor activities like camping and hiking but also enjoy staying in and having a nice relaxing evening at home. I know what I want - a connection with another that should come easy, with no games and an open door. When I am grey and old, I want to be able to sit on my front porch with my partner knowing we lived a rich life with love and understanding.As the saying goes - 'I've been to the circus and bought the T-shirt' - I am not in a rush to jump into a serious relationship but want to date, have fun and then just see what happens - no expectations. I am not one to go out clubbing and wouldn't expect my partner to either. Shhh! I love to read more than any other extra-curricular activity. I actually have three books on the go right now. Most books I tend to read are fiction (I prefer science-fiction firstly) but occasionally I'll find something of interest to me in the non-fiction section.) every once and awhile but I'm still learning to enjoy wine or other alcoholic drinks! lol It must be an acquired taste. Give me my cup o' tea, *** have a full- I work hard at my job, but I just LOVE what I do! I feel very blessed to be able to work for a wonderful company. I truly do wake up excited on Monday morning.Furthermore I love animals and would welcome your pets in our lives.Btw, if I didn't say "hi" after viewing your profile, it doesn't necessarily mean I'm not interested. I could just be feeling a bit shy. :) I do blush when I'm feeling shy. lol*You MUST be employed for me to consider you...sorry! I know how hard this economy is but still...* :( Lastly, I DO NOT speak French. English only* I would like the first day to be very casual and low key so there's less pressure. I'm looking for a cup of tea or perhaps a meal where we can just get to know each other. Anything we do, I would like to go dutch on so neither of us feels obligated towards the other.Perhaps afterwards it would be nice to take a stroll, and hold hands, see how that feels and assess whether the chemistry feels right for a second date.
