Updated: So, I was talked in to setting this up a while ago and haven't been that great about responding to messages. No offense, I guess I just wasn't looking. After constant lecturing and nagging from friends and fam that I should probably try to date more, I am going to ATTEMPT to do a little better about being responsive on here. It's not that I'm anti-social or bitter and hate men, I just am busy. I won't deny it or sugar coat it. I don't have a lot of free time and it is an absolute must that anyone I meet understands that. I'm going to skip the over hyped description of myself and just save that for conversation. :) A few things you might want or need to know; I LOVE sports, more than most women who are just saying it for "cool points." Especially basketball. If you can talk sports with me and appreciate that I can talk them back, we will get along. I am a stickler for spelling/grammar. It may make me a nerd, but it's a fact. I like smart and funny guys. Someone who can challenge me mentally. I appreciate a sense of humor but the ability to be an adult. I take being a mom very seriously, I have a soft spot for good dads, they just seem to understand my priorities more. I work hard, live a fairly simple life, and try to be as laid back as possible and prefer the same in the company I keep. Anything else you need to know or want to tell me about you is up to you. :) Something unique that makes me want a 2nd date. :)

My definition of a "real man" mostly is someone who is understanding of things his woman has been through or may be going through, who is a friend before a lover, who sees his woman in a better light than she sees herself and tries to help her see herself in that light. I also do NOT believe chivalry is dead. I like someone who is confident but not conceited, who likes to make the first move but doesn't try to pressure, and has a sense of humor.

Im 32 yrs old and a mother of two !
