I am not going to lie, I am a single mom with kids at home. I work full time, go to school full time, and support my family on my own. First and foremost, I have a low tolerance for childish drama and head games. Hey! I'm an easy going and down to earth woman -- I enjoy the simple things in life and am looking for someone to share those things with. On that note, I'm not looking for casual hookups, so if that's your goal I'm definitely not your gal. I'm not into drama or games... Let's not make this dating thing any more difficult than it already is. I'm originally from "up north" and I really enjoy spending time there. I can have fun doing just about anything and I like a wide variety of activities but some of my favorites are playing softball (I have a scar under my right eye from a bad hop I took to the face not too long ago), cooking and baking (being in the kitchen together is so much fun!) fishing (I've been known to spend an entire day either in the boat or on shore), and being with friends and family. Nothing brings me more satisfaction than being outside sitting around a fire with friends. I'm happiest when I'm outside, particularly if I'm on or near the water. I'm not really into the bar scene unless you want to shoot some pool, throw darts, or catch some live music, then I'm totally in! I'm usually up for anything and you are just as likely to see me all dolled up to go out as you are to find me in jeans and a hoodie. Let's take the back roads to a dive bar for a burger and a beer! I enjoy intelligent conversation as well as low brow humor and sarcasm, I hope you do, too... It's less about what we're doing and more about enjoying each other's company. I have three tattoos and a few piercings with more tattoos in the works... I realize that not everyone likes tattoos so I just want to throw that out there. Having tattoos is part of who I am! I love my tattoos but they aren't highly visible due to my job. Yes, I like men with tattoos but I've got an open mind and am really looking for someone that wants to share common interests and learn from each other. I think everyone probably says this, but I'm looking for a nice and genuine guy to be part of my life. At the end of the day, who you are is more important to me than what you look like or how many toys you have. Ok... I hope this point is well taken: I think relationships are a give and take, a two-way street, and I'm completely on board with that. However, I like to think that the the guy will make the first move. Say hi, chat for a bit, and if it feels right, be the one to initiate the first date...
