I like to spend my time on the beaches/ocean/lakes in the summer. Boating/water sports are things that I grew up around, and I wiill always be involved with. I appreciate the outdoors, and would rather be outside than indoors...I am always trying to have fun no matter what I'm doing; life is too short to dwell on things forever and to be pessimistic. Although I am very career and goal oriented, I can leave work behind as soon I leave the office. Family and friends are very important to me, and these people have had the biggest and most positive impact on my life, and I always strive to return the favor. I am a very grounded individual, who loves the simple things in life, and doesn't take anything for granted. I am very sarcastic, and love to laugh. I've spent most of my life as a Catholic, but I perceive a larger spiritual reality than that these days. I see great beauty and truth in many religions, although Christianity is my favorite. Life is all about loving each other; in doing so, we love God. Just my two cents... I prefer something informal and not too long during the daytime, such as coffee or lunch. On the first date I just like to get to know each other better with some good conversation.
