Hobbies? what is that? I haven't got any other than my business, dogs and family! I do like to hike and camp though! I came back here 3 years ago this April and haven't traveled since. I am pretty much up for anything new...except maybe bungee jumping Lol. I like to watch movies ...preferably at home as I can relax and drink wine and eat popcorn ;-) I also like to have dinner parties but that seems to be a dying art these days. Not into fast food..fast food to me is pasta and pesto at home! I have two crazy sweet dogs and a cat. I run a pet care business but I also work for DHS as an independent consultant. I am hard of hearing so music that I don't need to understand words and is soothing is just the ticket. I do like upbeat music though when I am not working on my computer. Since I work from home it is nice to sit on my couch with my laptop with music pouring through the room. But don't ask me if it is good or bad Lol. Well, we could meet for lunch or brunch on a weekend and see how it progresses. During the week, how about a drink and if we like each other progress to dinner.

My hobbies and interests consist of simple things. I enjoy the outdoors, going to beaches, camping, and fishing. I have three boys, one grown, and two teens, whom I absolutely adore. I'm a pretty open minded person and I don't judge people based on their viewpoints, looks, etc. The way I see it, I haven't walked in their shoes, nor they in mine. I prefer to get to know people, and I value honesty above all else. I trust (maybe too much) until I am given a reason not to. As a friend I am kind, honest, and loyal. No matter wether we are friends, or something more, I believe in being open with each other ..no games, lies, or trying to read whats on each others minds. The past few years have brought many changes in my life, so my goals at this point are to keep things simple, and be happy. First date? Jeez, it's been a while since I've dated, so I'm not even sure. I suppose dinner and a movie is the traditional thing, but I think the movie rules out getting to know each other since conversation is out of the question. I think I'd be most comfortable with something casual. A simple dinner, a local festival, a day at the zoo? Maybe even a car show or flea market. I'm open to suggestions.

Hmmm, it's always hard to describe yourself, but let me give it a shot...I'm kinda intellectual but romantic and fun -- sort of a Steve Jobs meets Jane Austen girl.
