About Me

My hobbies and interests consist of simple things. I enjoy the outdoors, going to beaches, camping, and fishing. I often pack a makeshift picnic and go for long drives down a pretty country road or highway with no destination in mind. Just to explore what's out there, stopping at ineresting spots along the way. I enjoy reading, mostly fiction, Steven King is my favorite author. My music tastes vary, but mostly rock, blues, and reggae. Although I do enjoy having a few drinks with friends, I am absolutely not interested in any heavy drinkers. I have been on that rollercoaster ride in past relationships. I know many on these sites say they like to snuggle on the couch with their mates, but I truly do enjoy things like that. If I am in a relationship with someone, I want to hold hands as we walk, a soft unexpected kiss, little things like that to show you care. I have three boys, one grown, and two teens, whom I absolutely adore. I'm a pretty open minded person and I don't judge people based on their viewpoints, looks, etc. The way I see it, I haven't walked in their shoes, nor they in mine. I prefer to get to know people, and I value honesty above all else. I trust (maybe too much) until I am given a reason not to. As a friend I am kind, honest, and loyal. No matter wether we are friends, or something more, I believe in being open with each other ..no games, lies, or trying to read whats on each others minds. The past few years have brought many changes in my life, so my goals at this point are to keep things simple, and be happy. First date? Jeez, it's been a while since I've dated, so I'm not even sure. I suppose dinner and a movie is the traditional thing, but I think the movie rules out getting to know each other since conversation is out of the question. I think I'd be most comfortable with something casual. A simple dinner, a local festival, a day at the zoo? Maybe even a car show or flea market. I'm open to suggestions.

    If you dare nothing, when the day is over, nothing is all you will have gained.I have been thinking about offering a free ROMANCE ***course for you guys that are a little rusty in the romance area but then I realized there probably isn't a guy out there that would admit that they needed it so I'll just give you a few pointers...1. Unless of course you ARE crazy psycho dude, then by all means allow me to see the real you so I don't waste another second of my time wondering if you could be the guy for me!3. Do not ask me during our first meeting if I would consider getting the financing for a new pickup for you which you will make the payments on. No I don't really care that you need a pickup to run your business! I can't afford to be my own sugar mama let alone yours and more importantly...I'm not stupid! In fact don't ever ask me.4. I'm looking for a mate not a job. I don't mind cooking and cleaning and doing your laundry if you don't mind taking me out dancing, hunting, horseback riding or on the Harley. However if it's just a maid and cook you want, I'm for hire but it would probably be cheaper for you to just wine me and dine me! Besides I'm a lot of fun and really good company!5. If you really want to woo me then do NOT, I repeat do NOT tell me that the one thing you really miss about being with a woman is having someone to clip your toenails!
