Hi there,I am passionate about most things I believe in. The animal world and nature being two of those. I am horrified by animal abuse and mortified by species extinction and fierce about protecting both in any way I can.I am grounded, down to earth, practical and can roll up my sleeves and dig a trench if needed, and I have. I'm comfortable dressed to the nines as I am in jeans and a Tshirt. I love a fine meal in a restaurant but adore a fresh tomato sandwich made with fruits from my garden. I am never more at peace than when I am gardening.I'm spontaneious, intelligent, love good and intelligent conversation, follow world events and local news. I laugh often, have an irreverant nature and am guilty of eating the olives at Loblaws.I believe in justice and compassion, kindness and generosity of the spirit.I love the long days of summer and being by or on the water is heaven. Summer is my preferred season. My hobbies include working out...I have worked out all my life and go to the gym 4 times a week. I love gardening both flowers and veges and have had many beautiful gardens in my life.     I havent been on this site for awhile now..The important things that matter to me about dating .. that the person you spend your time with is the person you want to make your last call of the day or should i say (First).     Where do you meet new people? I keep asking myself that question. I have been back in this area for seven years. This description section is difficult for me to write. I own my home, have wonderful friends, a good job and family nearby; however, I would enjoy meeting someone to share some good times. Even though I own several t.v.'s I rarely watch them except for an occasional movie......usually, I enjoy peace and quiet or music playing in the background.
