I am passionate about many things in my life, easy going, genuine, have a sense of humor, (I can laugh at myself) and emotionally healthy. I am affectionate, honest, loving, loyal, patient, sentimental and unselfish. I am intelligent and can carry on a conversation. I am not perfect by any means, (who is?) but I do enjoy the freedom of being myself and knowing that I am liked for who I am. It's best to be honest, open and forthright about ourselves - imperfections and all. I think one of the greatest pleasures when getting to know one another is to be at ease in order to have an emotional and physical connection. I would like to meet someone to share common interests with, try new things, be adventurous, have fun, be silly and laugh; share unexpected moments that become memories. In my opinion, dating should be fun- complete with low stress so that you can relish the time spent together, not controlling or judging each other. I believe this is based on common values, mutual respect, good communication, selfless love and deep trust. It is a good friendship that helps make a real-life, open and honest, giving and taking, loving relationship, (if that is meant to be.) Love my two children—19 and 23. They are awesome. I value and cherish my family and friends. I enjoy listening to all kinds of music- rock, country, blues, jazz; cooking- romantic dinners to family gatherings, entertaining, reading, gardening, doing projects around the house and decorating. I am very creative and have many hobbies.; exploring little towns, wine tasting-; dining out- love dining outdoors; picnics, walks along the lake, beach, anywhere; boating, concerts, happy hours, shopping (my vice- shoes!) I also enjoy attending sporting events, movies and the theater. I am a 49er, Giant’s and a King’s fan. Totally enjoy being outdoors- the cool water and swimming and the sun shining on my face in summer -favorite season; the colors in fall; a sleigh ride and the snow in winter; flowers blooming and fresh air in spring.I adore getting dressed up, but I am comfortable in my jeans, cutoffs or leggings. Being out and about having fun is delightful. However, I am also content having cozy days and evenings at home - sitting by a warm fire with good wine (or a campfire;) cooking dinner together; relaxing in the hot tub; barbecuing and relaxing out back- playing darts or ping pong; pizza and a movie; Mexican food and Margaritas. Time spent together should be cherished and a pleasant experience. Life is full of wonder and joy. Dreams color the world with rainbows of hope . . . . Initially, meet for a drink in a casual setting. (No Starbucks. Boring.)If there is a spark at all, (I must be old fashioned ) go out to dinner or lunch somewhere fun, like the river. And then who knows . . . Many fun things to do . . .
