Woman. 52 years old. Zodiac sign: Cancer.
Looking for: man. In age: 49-59
Hi, Thanks for reading a little about me....: I am a very driven, independent, fun-loving, confident, lady. I really do not take myself that seriously, life is way too short. I am so blessed that I come from a great family, I grew up as a tomboy in a neighborhood full of boys and raised by my Dad . We lived on the 10th hole of a golf course, so golf has always been a big part of my life. My Dad was a huge sports fan, thus I love sports of all kinds, love college sports the best ( The Buckeyes)! I do love the Bears, the Cubbies, the Blackhawks, the Bulls and sometimes even the Sox. Although I grew up as a tomboy, I am nothing but lady. I can easily take off my baseball cap and fit into my little black dress and I enjoy being very feminine. I embrace the person I have become and don't really sweat the little stuff. I have two teenagers who still like me, and sometimes even spend a little time with me. They are my priority. I am finding now that I have much more time than I use to. I have a great job that I can work way too much at. I work out , I run,( I am a slow runner) and bike. Working out really helps me not only physically but also mentally. About what I am looking for: I am looking for a gentleman who is very confident. I like someone who also has a good work ethic and understands the importance of family and good friends. A great guy who enjoys life and wants to laugh a lot. I am good material for someone, in fact, I crack myself up all the time! I love sports and they must be able to watch a good college football or basketball game with me. I don't want to be in control or be controlled. I like honesty and integrity. I would like someone who just lets me be me and I let him be him, no games, no players, just real people. Lets grab a cup of coffee or a drink and watch a game.

Not looking for a hook up...so if that's what you want skip along there are otherr crazy's for you on here...lol...I love Duck Dynasty... I wear my heart on my sleeve, and what you see is what you get !!! I love to LAUGH and I love my job. I'm a ***operator and dispatcher..at times it's painful but most of the time it's just very fulfilling!! Helping others seems to be my calling..I enjoy playing board games, pool and cards, having cookouts and get together's with family and friends. When I'm off, I love camping, fishing, working on the house and in the yard, and tons more I'm really pretty easy to please and flexible. I'm looking for someone to spend the rest of our live's together and we love to laugh together... I also want someone that is not afraid to show affection, loves to kiss, hug, hold hands and cuddle on the couch watching a movie or whatever...someone to cook with in and out of the kitchen...lol..I like new country, old rock and roll, some new music ... Well this is a start. Oh..If your a bulls**tter..have a great day. I need to update this if you just want to talk and not ever meet please go ahead and pass me by..b/c no sense in wasting each others times..I don't want to just talk on here i want to meet and see if there is a connection for the possibility of the rest of our life's together..thank you..Good Luck to all out there..Have a great day!! I think the first date should be somewhere to get to know one another, like lunch and see if there is some chemistry or atleast a small spark..lol...Getting to know one another involves honesty and being open about our true feelings. If either pretend to be something we're not, it's a waste of time for both of us. If we hit it off, it's the second date that matters more. We could have a picnic on a blanket in late afternoon...we will lay there into the night watching the stars and enjoying each others company and learning more about one another..by talking and sharing more...then if we're lucky, it could lead to the rest of our lives together!

I love my family, love being social, grew up in a sports-oriented family and value a sense of humor. I need someone with high ethics, high intelligence and not too much baggage (we all have SOME). Self confidence is very sexy and must love dogs.....I'd like to think at this stage in my life a relationship should be drama-free. With me, what you see is what you get. I work hard, play hard, love to travel and would love to find someone to do it with. The thought of dating is scary--from the awkward first date, to revealing idiosyncrasies, finding out what makes someone else tick and hopefully building a future. I grew up in a family where my parents adored each other and my brother and I knew it. I would love to have a relationship like that--I'm not talking about over-the-top PDA's, but just the underlying understanding that the other person will always have your back.Love old school R & B and pretty much anything else--never took a liking to country music--must be the Yankee in me. Love action/comedy, chick flicks and thought provoking movies. I am not religious, but I believe in God, and talk to him every day.I spend most of my time in a hockey rink or watching cross country. I would love to have a change of scenery, glass of wine, quiet conversation and to learn more about you.If anything I've said makes sense to you, let me know. Showing interest is nice, but a message is better.....and if you have taken the gratuitous picture of yourself in the bathroom mirror, please move on....**October ***Update---The art of communication is lost.....if you contact me, and I reply, we have now started a conversation. If you reply with responses and no further questions, the conversation is over. If you want to continue to converse, ask questions.....it takes two. And I am a firm believer that first impressions are important. If you haven't put much effort in to your profile and/or pictures, chances are we would not be a match. Why even bother to be on this site if you can't take the time to double check for spelling errors, or put less than flattering pictures out there? And I don't need your life history up front, but more than a sentence or two would be nice. I have met some nice guys on this site, but no sparks--I haven't given up hope. Life it too short not to have someone significant in your life. Guess the only way to find out is to ask......
