My interests are traveling, I just started doing that. Finding new interesting places to eat, and music. I love music all kinds. I\'m looking for someone that can share my new outlook on life.

I find myself with more time to myself, since my children are grown. I like a variety of things...from sporting events, music (variety of kinds), dancing, bowling, billiards, occasional orchestra, comedy club and open to even more. It' s not about what you do...as much as whom you are with. I have fun at about anything and hope I make it fun for the people I'm with. I'm blessed to have many friends. I am from a small town originally. I am seeking a new career. I went back to college as an adult to prove that "you are never too old to learn"....and to get a new career. LOL I am outgoing, but a little shy with the opposity sex. I am old fashioned in some ways...but still "up to speed". I don't play games. I am looking for a friend/companion/??? I believe you don't know what is in store...but am positive the next phase of my life will be great! My friends describe me as honest, positive, hopeless romantic (sorry if this scares you) intellegent and of course.....a good friend!! Best would be: anything short and sweet ,but able to get to talk and know each other (and of course a little romantic would be good) ! First dates are always a lasting impression, but usually nerve racking for both people! I found the comedy club can be a lot of fun for first dates...you can relax and laugh (who doesn't like to laugh?!)

Carol Connelly: Why can’t I have a normal boyfriend? Just a regular boyfriend, one that doesn’t go nuts on me! It doesn’t exist. Gosh, I love that quote! I know exactly how Carol feels. Where have all the good men gone? I am not looking for an ideal man, but a man of ideals (faith, family, trust). A gentleman who embraces the simple things in life and places them ahead of money and material possessions. Someone who is positive and has a great sense of humor. My children are on their own for the most part, and I am looking to give life back to old interests and perhaps begin some new one. Movies, dancing, and traveling will also put a smile on my face. I do not like a man who needs to boast of his achievements, but a gentleman who knows, like me, that hard work and dedication provides for a secure future. People closest to me would tell you that I have a quirky sense of humor and enjoy do little things for the ones I love. I am NOT in any hurry or looking for a one night stand. Eventually, I would like to have that long term commitment with a special gentleman. Extra points for telling me what movie the quote is from.****** PRIVACY NOTICE ******* PRIVACY NOTICE ****** PRIVACY NOTICE ******* PRIVACY NOTICE ******* WARNING-- Any person and/or *** this website or any of its associated websites, you do NOT have my permission to utilize any of my profile information nor any of the content contained herein including but not limited to my photos.
