I was on this site once before, however, I never met up with anyone and probably gave up far too quickly. I am semi- I go out with friends, however, I really miss the interaction with someone of the opposite sex. I love to laugh...it's so important to me. At my new job the men make me laugh every day which is terrific!!! I am, also, a great listener and communicator and being a Libran I always stick up for the underdog. I dislike unfairness. I guess one can consider this my strength.Love to read... Scary /thriller movies...sitting on the edge of my seat peaking through my fingers...love it!! Music would be soft rock / easy listening. Food definitely Italian or Chinese and I do love a good steak supper, on occasion, (even though I mostly eat chicken and fish). I'm pretty easy to please...definitely not high maintenance.You must be fairly tall as I am 5'8". You should, also, be able to read and write the English language...I've placed this here because there seems to be a lot of people who are unable to do this. If this sounds shallow, I am sorry, however, this is what I am use to. I would like somebody who is my equal in all aspects...I don't think that is too much to ask for...or is it? You should, also, love animals especially dogs and horses. One last thing...a good communicator and listener is a must!!! Hopefully I haven't scared you off. I would like to meet someone in a public space (can't be too careful) and hopefully, it would be somewhere that is fairly quiet so that we would be able to talk. This way we would both find out if there is an chemistry between us or if it's a complete loss.

I am not that athletic but I do enjoy canoeing and camping. I would still love to be able to go canoe camping but it is nicer to share this adventure with someone, or better still a group of friends. Consequently I have had to resort to stationary camping or RVing. I love to go on spontaneous weekends when the weather suggests that it would be crazy not to. I also like to choose destinations based on the weather. I like to walk or go to the gym but I am not very consistent. I love to travel and would like to be a snowbird. I am a fair weather intermediate downhill skier. I am not a traditional women who loves to cook and keep house but I can put a meal together.My degree was in accounting and economics. I worked in the family business. When it was time to start a family I chose to be a stay at home mom. It seemed to be the right thing to do as we adopted a natural sibling group of 3. The two oldest are all grown up now and off to post secondary education. I like most forms of music, from classical, pop, rock, disco, country but not heavy metal. I love to discuss current events, especially social issues and politics.
