Hi there...I am so sorry for all you well intentioned men out there. But I have to say this with hopes of boys that just look at the pictures. This is a university town and could utilize it as a good investment. Part of my decision will depend on who I'm with and where we're heading in yrs. to come. I know what I want and the direction I'd like to go in the future and I'd like to do this with a best friend, confidant and lover.
