I try to take care of myself mentally and physically, I could use a exercise buddy who makes it it fun though and help me to stop smoking (yeah didn't for years, like since college, but started again when teenagers were my life.) I stop every once in a while, but that's another story. I'd like to be a forever non smoker again.
