About Me

Rather than a dissertation, I am going with abstract version. I am a dutiful daughter, marvelous mother, super sister, neighborly neighbor, and faithful friend.Hobbies include reading, travel, wine tasting, fashion design, interior decorating, walking, running, and much more. My goal is to check off a few more items on my ambitious list, be altruistic and philanthropic to the causes most meaningful to me and not have a back and forth dialogue on this site, only to have it result in taking ***yrs to actually meet the person?!?My quick wit and sense of humor and not talking about myself ad nauseum make me unique. I enjoy most music and live concerts ; country least favorite . I have traveled to some countries, some islands, but more frequently anywhere by the ocean in NE. Need to add to this anemic list, though.I dislike dishonesty, disingenuous and dullness in an individual. Finally, I am most unimpressed with those who are materialistic as that is a transparent fact that ... You can't buy class!UPDATE~ dislikes and photos of...cars, cats, country music, dogs, motorcycles, NASCAR, piercings and trips( it is assumed after age 25 you have travelled) Meet halfway ( like any one pays attention to the designated mileage criteria).Is the first date optional? First date after initial meeting? Why is a longer description commensurate with response likelihood ?Fine then~ dinner near a body of water~.

    I'm starting a new life chapter, care to be included? I've had enough of NYC for now. A great place to visit; however, commuting daily, I'm done. Suffocation isn't asked, just intermittent reminder loving pulses. I enjoy being healthy! I'm more outdoors than inside exerciser, e.g. power walks with yoga, hiking, x-country skiing and snowshoeing. It's great to come inside to a delicious home cooked meal via crock pot or what I planned and relax over an entertaining movie or music with a refreshing glass of wine.I'm into well groomed, professional (white or blue collar), soulful, fun, creative and athletic (no super jock, love handles are cool!). I'm 53 and would love to find my soul mate sooner rather than later as we enter retirement! I think having 'independent / alone' time is healthy too. A perfect home would be one level, two wings with each wing being 'our individual space' and center / common area (kitchen, dining, living room). Of course sleep together (hoping snoring isn't an issue ... lol). One level as we are aging, forgo steps. If you own a motorcycle, this is cool, respectively!
