About Me

This is the most awkward part so let's go.....I could ramble on and describe some very cool qualities about myself, unfortunately I am pretty partial to 'me' so you would not be getting a very objective view. What follows is a little bit about who I am searching for...I love to spend time outside and in great company. Enjoy unwinding with conversation and / or while listening to music over a cool adult beverage. I am not needy and I am not looking for anyone who is dependent on being with someone ***. I have found peace in being with myself. While I enjoy the independence, I know I am ready to connect with someone again. Hopefully that same someone can turn out to be the one I can fall for later .... I am low on maintenance and drama, hopefully you are too! I love music, very partial to rock (old to new), yet absolutely enjoy listening to any artist who can get lost in their lyrics. I enjoy good nutrition, exercise, and staying in shape. Sports like, my sons competitive baseball team, the Royals, pro football, and KU Basketball!! ;) not necessarily in that order, but close! If I could describe you, you would be fit, open, honest, fun-loving, family oriented, dog loving, wild spirit with a dash-o-rebel tossed in . . . all the while having a wicked sense of humor! You don't believe in 'soul mates' but appreciate the genuine connection two individuals can have... And you would much rather spend time kissing than finding fault, judging or blaming others... Is it possible to find that on a website and within one person?? . . . Who knows, but I'm not willing to compromise so the search is ON!I am honest, so let me start here. While looks are certainly not everything, we are on the internet so I can't get to know your personality first. With that said, I need at least an initial interest in your photo to want to know you more. I can tell you I am not a fan of responses that have no picture or lack any type of description, facial hair (although the scruffy look can be quite sexy)... nor am I a lover of large sizes.     I'm a single gal just trying to meet a nice guy I can enjoy spending time with. I enjoy a lot of different activities and love being outdoors when the weather is warm (I really don't like cold weather) I like motorcycles,boats, being on or near the water mostly because I love the sun. I love all types of music depending on what mood I'm in, I could live without television but music is a must in my life! I enjoy dancing, it truly makes me happy! Going to new restaurants is always nice but good music, a glass of wine and cooking at home is great too. I'm not really very good at shooting pool but I enjoy it and sometimes if I practice I get lucky! If I must be indoors I'm usually reading something and again my taste in books is wide I like fiction but usually I prefer something that teaches me something about understanding others or self. I like anything that motivates and inspires me, including the bible. My favorite vacation spot would have to be the beach although I have to admit mountains are absolutely beautiful. I really do believe that people either have chemistry or they don't and that it's not so much about how they look but just something about them that attracts you and we all know that's the hard part about meeting people online. I hope I've been able to give an accurate glimpse of who I am and I hope everyone out there searching for someone finds exactly what they are looking for. I think I would prefer a first date at some type of outdoor event but maybe a coffee shop or restaurant.
