I love to sing and go sing karaoke for my "me" time. I like to be inspired and when I am I draw flowers or designs that interest me, and sometimes write poetry. I like spending time with my son who still lives at home along with my two cats. I like keeping my flower garden looking nice and having a profusion of flowers. It makes me feel happy when I see the flowers blooming. I don't want to play games or be played. Life is too short to waste time pretending. I like being around warm and genuine, down-to-earth people. I also prefer people that have good grammar, can spell enough to write or do spell check, and can carry on good conversations. It's important to me that you actually want a relationship and not "just sex" or a "one night stand", if that is your intent by all means move on without me I understand there are plenty of women available. I can be a very serious person. I can be very funny too. I like people who can talk as well as listen. I want someone that is able to let me know how they feel in a relationship. I want to be able to enjoy time together and finding that person that excites me as well as makes me feel very relaxed and comfortable. It's about two people, not just one and how to compliment each others life. Music makes me feel complete and inspires me. I have a son at home still and he is 18. He still needs my time and help. He needs guidance and has some developmental issues. I am not asking for anyone to be a father. I'm a single parent. I'm asking for understanding and a patient and loving person in my life that isn't judgmental... Tell me about you...Below is a poem that I wrote:I Am FreeFly let me fly and be all you desire,Fly let me fly so I may be myself at last,I have within my heart a need to soar,For so long now I have not believed,Uncover the branches that I am under,Little by little let me breathe and see truth,No longer am I bound by a limb to hide in life,My heart is unmasked and beauty flows,From a place full of love, I am free at last.I have found myself and can at last laugh, Your loving arms reach out to me and I can fly to them at last**Important Disclaimer **PlentyofFish! Whatever we decide that makes both of us feel comfortable...I like places where we it's quiet enough two people can talk and hear one another's reply...a walk is nice somewhere if it's nearby after grabbing a drink if both parties decide that they both felt a common connection/attraction upon meeting or need more time to figure it out (girls sometimes need extra warm up time)..

Looking for a thoughtful Man in many ways who truly considers other people's feelings and shows respect to all people, rich or poor.Sense of humor to boot, and likes music!Someone who is already happy , meeting someone just makes it even better!Someone that doesn't take it personal that I work a lot. Somewhere semi private like a corner in a restaurant after rush hour. Maybe just meet for an Ice Tea to see if we are compatible enough to pursue the idea of going out on a real date.

I mainly view this site on my phone, so I can't access the chat feature, but feel free to message me! A little about me... hmmm... Let's see. I listen mainly to top 40 music, but that's because I have a teenager in the house who has taken over radio rights. Left on my own, I will listen to just about anything. Don't really like jazz, blues or rap, but willing to compromise. :) I like horseback and bike riding and riding on the back of motorcycles I want to learn how to skydive, and want to learn how to do more things on the water....kayaking, canoeing, skiing. I stink at golf...just slightly better at bowling...and my ability to dance depends on how much alcohol I've had! I'm not really a watcher of sports on TV (in fact I rarely watch TV) but I do enjoy going to games. Still haven't been to a Naturals game...hint hint! lolJeans and T-shirt type of girl, but there are dresses and even formal gowns in my closet as well. Fishing in the morning, charity ball at night? I'm ready!Love reading...mostly fiction though...reading the Game of Thrones series right now. Anything else you might be curious about, just ask!I am very family-oriented. My children and grandchildren are very important. I have a great group of friends that I socialize with pretty regularly. I work full time, and I just finished going to school part time to learn a second profession. I am a girl scout co-leader as well. This fills a lot of my time, but there is still something missing. My family, friends and girls are all great company, but not really 'dates'. I would like to find someone to go out to dinner with, or to movies, or to see a band, ah you get the idea. If it grows into something more, great!I share my time with many people, but I'd still like one special person to share with as well. Maybe it's you? :-) Reading through all these profiles, dinner and a movie seems to be top choice. That's all well and good, but you can't really talk to someone during a movie, and talking with your mouth full is impolite as well! I don't drink that often, (and I don't care for wine)so sharing over drinks is also not so great. How about the zoo? Or a walk through the Botanical Gardens? Or a Baseball game? Bowling (although I'm terrible at it)? Lots of options out there. I'd much rather be doing something other than worrying if there is food stuck between my teeth!
