Thanks for reading my profile. My world is pretty uncomplicated. I have just recently become an empty nester, and retired! My often feels a bit decadent....drink my coffee, workout, bike ride to the beach, go to the dog park with my two pups. I recently took up oil painting, I volunteer for the United Way mentoring children, and I participate in the fight against Childhood Obesity in this country. I am very close to my family and I have a wonderful loving circle of friends who have been in my life forever!I believe it's all about energy, what you put out, is what you get back, it's that simple. I spend a lot of my time being physically active, I'm either riding to the beach, doing Yoga, kayaking, or enjoying this beautiful place we live in some other way. I enjoy spending time with my friends and my children. They are equally important to me. I love all kinds of music, mostly classic rock. I like to sing karaoke, and I think I'm pretty good at it too.
