I am really shy at first, but once I know someone I really open up. I am self motivated and hard working. I'm really happy with where I am in my life, but would like to find someone to share it with. I'm a very independent person and I try not to let others hold me back. During the summer I like to spend as much time outside as possible, usually walking or biking with my dog, Mia. On the weekends I enjoy going camping and kayaking. Winter is my favorite season and I try to snowmobile as much as possible; I also enjoy downhill skiing. As much as I like being outside I don't mind curling up on the couch and reading a book or watching TV. I also enjoy quilting and cross-stitching. They are both old fashion, but are a great way to relax at the end of a long day. My family is also really important to me and I try to spend as much time with them as I can. Someone who can be an equal with me and doesn't expect me to do everything in the relationship; I don't believe in gender rolls at all. I also want someone who accepts me for who I am and doesn't want to change everything about me, as I don't except anyone to change to for me.
