Being that I am old-fashioned, a good first date to me would be dinner (or lunch) somewhere so that I could get to know someone. Followed by possibly a drive down a backroad listening to some country music or, depending on the time of day, possibly go do something outdoors or go catch a movie. The goal of a first date, to me, is to get to know someone and find out if the chemistry is there.
