Hello,A little about me. I'm a Social Worker at a nursing home and I absolutely love it. I picked Social Work as a career because I new I wanted to help people and I honestly couldn't imaging myself doing anything else. Work takes up a lot of my time but I love having weekends off. My ideal night would be hanging out with a group of friends by a fire or on the lake. I played hockey in high school and still love to skate in the winter on my free time. I have a dog and a cat so you could say I'm a bit of an animal lover. I love movies and books, always love to hear a good movie quote. I love to laugh, who doesn't right. I'm pretty laid back, up for most anything. Fairly new to the cities area so would love to explore what's out there. My goal in life is to travel all over the world starting with Europe. I have been told that one of my greatest attributes is my personality. Laughter truly is the best medicine, in my opinion. I am loyal and honest and would like to meet someone who also shares those traits. Call me old fashioned, but I believe in chivalry and romance.I absolutely LOVE music. I also enjoy art, in all of its many forms. I enjoy painting, sketching and especially viewing the art of others. During the summer I'm a fan of believe it or not, fishing, boating and tubing. Winter and my personality really sort of clash since I prefer to be out in the warm weather but I promise you I can make a badass snowman! :) I am not a huge movie buff, but some of the types of I really enjoy would have to be comedies, war, and vampire/zombies movies. Things I've always wanted to try; bungee jumping, sky diving, cliff diving, scuba diving..etcI have strict morals and values, but have learned that not everyone else around me will have those. I have also lived in many places and respect many differences as there are so many ideals out there.Enough about me. What I am looking for is a man with a personality as big as his heart. Someone who can find the humor in the world around him and be able to make me laugh, even when I don't want to. He should, however, also be able to sit and have a serious conversation. I'm looking for someone who will be able to handle a woman with her own opinions and even if he does not agree with them, be able to respect them. And most importantly, I need a man who is honest. For me, I believe first dates should be something comfortable and laid back. Possibly dinner or coffee followed by a walk along the beach.
