-proclaimed nerd. I prefer action movies over chick flicks, pretty much every type of alcohol ever invented over beer, and country music over just about everything else. My family is incredibly important to me. I love to travel and have an extensive travel list that keeps getting longer. I live for summer days with the windows down and the music up, Italian food, and a good workout. I can be quite the adrenaline junky, but only when I want to be. I'm one of those people whose mouth moves faster than her brain most of the time, so sometimes things come out not the way I intended for them to; if you're easily offended, then we probably won't get along very well. I'm also one of the most sarcastic people you've ever met and I'm not afraid to tell it like it is, but I have a really big heart. There isn't anything I wouldn't do for the people I care about, but I expect the same loyalty in return. I have a tendency to throw myself 110% into everything I do and sometimes I end up getting burned because of it, but that's just who I am.When it comes to the opposite sex, I don't really have a "type," but there are definitely certain things that I look for in a guy. I'm looking for someone who doesn't smoke or do drugs, someone who has reached a point in his life that he doesn't feel a need to get blackout drunk every single weekend - I'm up for a good night out, but I'm not looking to babysit anyone's drunk ass. I'm also not interested in a hook-up or casual sex, so if that's your game, you should probably stop reading now. You don't have to be incredibly smart or hold three college degrees or whatever, but I need someone I can have an intellectual conversation with, someone who isn't afraid to speak his mind or hurt my feelings if our opinions differ. I'm looking for someone who has some direction to his life, who knows what he wants and isn't afraid to go after it. Physically, I don't care about a lot, except I tend to prefer guys who are at least a few inches taller than me (a girl's gotta wear heels every now and again!). Also, nothing personal but I prefer guys my age or older.- I'm not interested in driving around the state (or to other states) for the sake of a relationship.I'm pretty open when it comes to trying new things and I'm always up for an adventure! I'm just as happy getting all dolled up for a night out on the town (so long as it involves dancing) as I am staying in and cooking together or sharing some wine and a movie in my sweats. I'm very competitive, so I'm always up for some bowling or board games, whatever you'd like to get your ass kicked in."No worries" is a phrase I picked up while I was studying abroad in Australia a few years ago, and I think it pretty aptly sums up my life philosophy.     I'm an adventurous girl who is always looking for the next adrenaline rush. I have gone skydiving and have been on the tallest and fastest roller coasters in the world. I take a walk almost everyday and actually lift weights, not to get huge, but to get toned. I'm not a crazy gym girl but I do try to go at least 3 times a week. I really just want to stay fit. The occasional McDonalds or Wendy's happens and I can tell you that I'm not one of those girls afraid to eat.My music taste varies depending on my mood. I like country and pop music, really anything except screaming music. My family is my number one priority. I am extremely family oriented and would do anything for them. I couldn't imagine being the person I am today without them.I love dolling myself up from time to time, usually for special occasions. But what girl doesn't like doing that? I don't need to be pampered and weighted on hand and foot, it's the little things that matter most to me. I don't need a Coach bag to be happy, a simple flower you picked from the garden is more meaningful to me than material things. Im a pretty simple, easy going, bubbly girl looking for someone to keep up with me for my adrenaline adventures and just accept me for who I am and not change me.PS I just turned 21. meetville won't let me change it.
