I grew up in a small town for the first 17 years of my life, so going to college in DC was a big change for me. Being in such a diverse city really influenced my views on life. I was a very conservative Christian girl because that's the only thing I knew before college. I still am a Jesus worshipping, church going girl, but I am definitely more accepting of others because of the education on life that I received in college. Right now I'm really interested in Asian cultures, specifically Korean. I love listening to Korean pop music and watching Korean dramas. I'm actually teaching myself the Korean language as well.
