About Me

To sum it all up, I love life and I love living life. I am an extremely positive person, who definitely sees the glass as half full. They say people who say the glass is half full are less successful than those who see it as half empty, but I definitely disagree. :)I had a not-so-perfect first year of teaching, but fortunately have found a wonderful new school this year. I teach and love it, it is a big part of me, but not who I am. Only who I am from 6:***:30 everyday... And the occasional hour after school, papers have to get graded at some point in time! I enjoy spending my time outdoors, traveling to new places, laughing at bad jokes, going to random events, and staying busy. I live by the quote, "don't knock it til you try it five times". I have learned that life is short, so spending time with quality people is a must. I don't waste my time spending time with people that I don't enjoy being with. Family and friends are very important to me. If you’d like to know more say message me. I didn't tell you everything about myself on purpose, I would much rather chat to get to know each other *** out of the box. I love dinner and I love movies...but that's not my ideal first date.     I recently graduated from JMU with my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. I am currently working towards my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at ODU. My hobbies include going out with friends, reading, and sports. I'm very into staying active. I'm a pretty avid runner and despite some knee problems and against the advice of my doctors, I won't stop. As for music, I listen to mostly alternative rock. But, when I'm out with friends at a club, I'll dance to pretty much anything. I just really like to have a good time. I'm a very laid back kind of girl. I can be very opinionated and sarcasm is a second language. I like to stay busy and won't sit still for long unless I have a good reason to. ;] I'm looking for a guy who can keep up with me. And, any guy who is going to be with me needs to be just as into fitness and health as I am. Finally, a sense of humor is a must. And just an FYI, I love my men in uniform.Oh, and I love football! I love sushi (and ethnic foods in general). I absolutely love to dance. I love the beach. And, I prefer froyo over ice cream.
