Self-made business owner, educated, generous, family oriented man. I cook, clean, do laundry, can fix and build just about anything, who can listen to hip hop one moment and end an evening in a suit attending a ballet or an Andrea Bocelli concert. Started out as a private in the Marines and ended up in the Army Airborne Rangers eventually retiring from the Army National Guard as an officer. All the while putting himself through college and graduate school. While most are talking about what they are going to do, I have already done it or am doing it.I am a single father of 17 year old teenage daughter whose life is about to change as I see her off to college. I have been divorced for going on 4 years now it's time to find someone to share life with. I work out and put a majority of people 20 years younger to shame.I have served my country for the freedom we all enjoy at the same time sacrificing my time, family and physical well-being with no regret.Here's the reality of life at the age we are. The pickings are slim for a 20 point plus checklist of wants when it comes to finding a partner. Some of you woman I giggle at the long list of uncompromising list of physical features and qualities you are demanding. Isn't finding a life partner about acceptance for whom that someone is? To top it off we are on an online dating site. I'm on here as I do not want to go to bars and I work from home.I do agree with the chemistry and physical attraction. It has to be there for any relationship. No GQ here, just a guy who is conscious about how who and what he is.
