Man. 50 years old. Zodiac sign: Sagittarius.
Looking for: woman. In age: 47-57
I enjoy the simpler things in life and would like to share these moments with that special person. I like to go hiking, go to the mountains, visit state parks, take road trips, attend college sports (especially UNC football and UNC women's college soccer - I coached my two daughters in soccer), and, of course, watch sunsets. (I just wish I had more time to do these things.)I have a great sense of humor, love to laugh, and play the occasional practical joke. I work hard, am level-headed, very patient, and dependable. If I give someone my word, it's as good as gold. I have three grown kids whom I love dearly. I usually listen to Christian, country, and some talk radio.Politically speaking, I am a conservative, so liberals need not apply (haha). Love that I***construction! (sarcasm)Nothing beats Dunkin' Donuts coffee. I thank God for His presence, His mercy, and His grace. I see every day as a blessing and time as a gift. First date: let's meet at a fairly quiet place in a relaxing environment (dinner? coffee shop? walk in the park?) to enjoy a conversation with each other.

I'm not looking for a sweet young thing. Rather find a sweet woman around my age! Just be cool if I do it :) I will always be more curious of you and give you 100% of my attention. This way you will see what you are getting. I'm 50 and looking for a woman who is secure with her emotions. Not afraid to be romantic. Must enjoy hugs, kisses and romance.....Confident in heels and sexy clothes as well as flopping on the couch in baggy sweats. I love kids(all ages) & pets(any kind) so have no worries. Baggage is OK :)) Just no ex's that still live with you....lol...I love being active, hiking cycling, tennis, anything outdoors. Enjoy hanging with friends or just sharing quiet times alone. Ask some questions and I'll tell you some more.....I am very honest and direct and will do everything I can to make you ask..."Why am I interested in this guy"...lol...Yes...I love sports! Mets, Knicks, Rangers, GIANTS and love the trail of perfume.....The Sunglasses pic-March ***, bumming on the couch pic-February ***. The longer hair pics are from ***. I plan on donating my hair by Summer's end for a good cause! Lets talk. Look at each other and see if something is there for us.....

Man. 49 years old. Zodiac sign: Aquarius.
Looking for: woman. In age: 46-56
I’ve met a lot of women on this site but didn’t find what I am looking for. I even quit looking because I was so frustrated. I became involved with my best friend, but it turns out we’re better friends; no sexual chemistry and without the chemistry, it was impossible to move forward. Anyway… I’m back trying to find the one. More about me… I’m not perfect, but I try real hard to be a good man. I'm an IT consultant with 17 years of consulting experience along with 16 years IT experience working for the DOD. I am currently between contracts looking to secure another contract opportunity, which subsequently has slowed down my attempts at dating. I have a 17-year old daughter who I love with all my heart but I rarely see. She works and lives with her boyfriend so I’m the last person on her list. She will be going to college in the fall and then it’s just me. I know a lot of people but have few “true” friends, which is somewhat less than I prefer in the grand scheme of an enriched life. Being single has been difficult at times and I find the only place to meet woman, who aren’t “frightened” by men, is in bars. I don’t know why but women seem to get freaked out if you approach them anywhere else (book stores, coffee shops, grocery stores, women’s restrooms….just kidding). Although I enjoy live music and go out on weekends to see bands at local bars, I’d rather spend my time outdoors, camping, barbequing, and picnicking with a quality woman. I am a songwriter / musician too but don’t play in a band anymore; I just write and record at home. I also write poetry and editorials when inspiration grabs me. I’m looking to enrich my life and without that special one or being with my daughter, it’s nearly impossible. I’m truly a social person but living a fairly solitary life unless I go out on the weekends but that gets old when you are alone the majority of the time.I don’t like beating around the bush so be direct with me if you want to know something. I’m direct and I find that being honest is truly the only way to communicate. If you are looking for someone who is honest, faithful, integrity-minded, intelligent, funny, talented, goofy, playful (not always) and who is serious about finding that one person to share a life with, drop me a line. I hope to hear from you.A couple of closing statements to manage your time as well as mine: if you’re not smiling in your photos, don’t waste your time contacting me. I’ve learned from personal experience that most women who don’t smile in their photos are generally unhappy and I’m looking for the lighter side of a personality. Also, my daughter is about to start college and I'm not looking to get involved with anyone with children still living at home. I'm looking forward to the freedom being an “empty-nester” offers and hope to find someone with this shared belief. Hmmmm....first date. That could go in a lot of different directions. How about an elegant dinner, sitting next to a fire, drinking some wine, listening to soft music, over candlelight. Visual enticements with me enjoying looking at you, you enjoying looking at me smiling...maybe even seeing a twinkle in your eye. Lot's of genuine laughter throughout the evening...complete with intellectual and stimulating, yet not so serious conversation wrapped in a warm comfortable familiar feeling. Maybe a midnight stroll or carriage ride if the weather permits. To close the night, a warm, sensual, sweet tasting electrified kiss which we are both excited about. Yep, that sounds preetty wonderful to me. If you're uncomfortable with the above, we could go to a regular resteraunt, and maybe to a movie, or a wine-tasting, or a show in the loop, or listen to a blues band in Soulard. There are a lot of wineries in the area, we could check one of them out... How about a cafe in St. Charles?
