Man. 49 years old. Zodiac sign: Virgo.
Looking for: woman. In age: 46-56
I'm a 49 year old man starting his life over. I was in Marine Corps. And spent 20 years in Retail/ Management. I was divorced in '04 and have no kids. I was laid-off and decided to get a Degree in Electronics. I love my job now and am looking forward to the future. Now , it's time to complete my life and find someone to fall in love with and give it all meaning. I want to try new things and visit new places. I like camping, reading, working on the old radios I collect, bike riding and being by the water where I live. I'm honest. I call and am where I'm supposed to be when I promise. I'm very affectionate.I would respond if someone wrote. I would hope someone would respond if I contacted. I'm not big on social media. ***, messaging, *** term *** texting is not my thing. I only have a computer for limited reasons. I would like to meet someone face to face. That's how you get to know someone. If that's too old fashioned, I understand and maybe I'm not for you. If you are genuine, it shows.A relationship without passion doesn't interest me. But I know I have to give to get. My last relationship lasted 1 year and because of it, I will not settle for less than I want. She didn't give as much as I did. So it was a learning lesson. I'm glass ***full, at times ***empty and sometimes , who stole my glass! LOL! If you are interested in knowing more, I will respond timely. But if we are messaging and you decide it is not working, be honest. Let me know. Sometimes these things don't work out. In that case, good luck on your search. I think dinner would still be the best start. A chance to talk. A walk on the waterfront afterwards would be a nice! But I'm open to an off-the-wall suggestion or a different approach. Any chance to get to know someone and feel at ease.

It seems like the common thing from what I have heard from lady friends is they get ****** day, but yet have been on dating sites for years saying all are "not the one"I'm not that picky. It's simple to me..talk to someone, respect them, like them, be friends with them, date them........But I am more practical than many. So, if you truly are looking for a great catch that if you liked me when dated me, you wouldn't rush home to check out more profiles.. then I may be for you, and please just say hi. I'm the easiest guy to talk to.I think you would really think I have it all together, never play head games, and serious about putting the effort into meeting someone for dating. I fine most ladies life a life of only having time to see their partner once in a very blue moon. Other things always are a priority over dating.I'm seeking someone whom misses having a partner in life (although free time is good also). Someone whom misses joking, trusting, bonding, and romance, and having a best friend as a partner.Hopefully, we will find this in each other.I am a hard worker, and work 12 hour shifts. This means although I will work some weekends, I also have 4 day stretches off.I am considered by many the best father they have ever met. I have 2 sons, ages 16 and 13.I love to cook, romance is very much a part of me. I keep busy with a very interesting hobby I would love to share about later. I have hundreds of friends, no enemies... but, really missing that sweet lady to build a foundation for a meaningful relationship with.I really feel I have no baggage, no addictions, and overall a very positive attitude. Any other questions, please message me and say hi. I'm easy to talk to.I tend to be drawn more to non-extremists, and positive people, and kindrid spirits.I've had some wonderful friends in the past, but usually in general (not just towards me) people tend to never make time to develop a relationship. Personally, I think it would be nice and looking for someone that is into that, and into me... and the respect and fun times you would get back in return would be worth it. Not really into the coffee thing where we are on an interview basis surrounded by tables of loud people... so between us we can hopefully come up with another idea.
