My glass is at least ***full! I have a great career with a great company in a great city. My primary hobbies right now are jogging ***Xs p/wk), hiking (1X p/wk) and supporting my sons in their endeavors (school, scouts, soccer and swimming). I'm from the South, I open doors for people, especially women, and I say "yes ma'am, no ma'am, thank you and please". Its just the way I was raised. So if you appreciate manners, the first date won't be time wasted. Beyond that we'll just have to see won't we.Separated for 2 years, divorced a year and a half ago. I don't feel the need to get married anytime soon, but I do want a long-term, committed and monogamous relationship. If you have kids that's great, hope you're as blessed with yours as I am with mine. My ex-wife and I co-parent well - no games or drama - I'm in TN when I need to be and there for my boys when they need me. Hope you and your ex (if you have one) get along. Its not always easy but worth the effort for the kids' sake.Otherwise, I'm good at my job which is how I got from TN to CA. I'm a lawyer by profession but work for a financial *** don't particularly care what you do for a living as long as you care about your work and are happy in it. I once taught a German Shepard to bark, in Mandarin Chinese. The police often stop and question me just because they find me interesting. I'm not "The Most Interesting Man in the World". I'm like . . . 7th. :-) An ideal first date would be to meet for coffee, tea, or frozen yogurt/ice cream if its been a good day. Or maybe a frozen margarita if its been a really good day. Ha! Preferably somewhere quaint, sort of quiet or at least quiet enough that we can here each other, since the object is to see if there's mutual interest, right?

I'm never good at this sort of stuff. My hobbies, I like to fish whenever I get a chance to. I like to do a lot of things some may not be considered hobbies, but it keeps me busy. My goal is to try to do my best at anything I attempt to do, whether it be in a relationship or work. I'm an easy-going guy nothing really bothers me unless I'm pushed to that limit and hopefully I won't be pushed that far. Real easy to get along with. Not much of a talker. I am searching for my proverbial needle in a haystack...I don't have a specific list of things I like and don't like because everyone is unique in their own way, but I'll know if you could be right for me when I meet you. There's gotta be some sort of attraction. I graduated from Memorial a long time ago. After that I successfully navigated 4 years at UNH and got my degree in mathematics. I really enjoyed the logic courses there too.- basically a problem solver and number cruncher type of job. I work with lots of Excel spreadsheets and things like that.I enjoy playing golf. I have a membership at a course in the area and play some competitive events.I just joined a gym. Looking to get in better shape and a few yards to my drives. lol. Plus, the holidays are coming.I don't own a motorcycle or have a desire to own one. If you like to ride on the back of one, maybe your brother or platonic friend can provide that for you once in a while. I am also sorry to say that if you smoke I will not be interested. I've never had any children and don't plan to start now.
