Like most people, I really appreciate honesty in others. I'm not a Pollyanna, I'm a realist--not everything is perfect nor do you (or myself) get along with everyone out there. I'm a person who enjoys Gourmet Cooking, Fine Wines, Smooth Jazz, the Theater, Symphony, Gardening, the Outdoors, Staying in Shape, Tennis, Snow Skiing, and College Sports. I really appreciate exploring local neighborhood activities and entertainment. So far, I am in a somewhat comfortable financial position, although all of the above would be much more enjoyable and fulfilling if I could share it with someone special--someone who has the same enjoyments & outlook as I do. I'm an "old fashion" guy who practices the etiquette of days gone by and it would be nice finding someone who appreciates these things. Our first get together would be nice and casual, maybe a cup of coffee or glass of wine....If we were to go as far as a first date, perhaps enjoy a fine red wine and conversation, a nice dinner then possibly head to the theater, sporting event or live entertainment.;/or activities depending on what is going on that time of year. The Northwest has an endless array of pursuits to investigate.

My description huh? Smart, witty, humorous, I enjoy my lifeI play lead guitar in a rock/dance band I feel Comfortable in my own skin, suit, shorts. Used cars look better on paper. I'm not a used car, I have more to offer in person. Trustworthy, honest, and kind to a fault. I have a positive outlook on life. we all have to. Life changes too often not to. The life I lead today is very different from the life I led five years ago. I'm sure the life I lead in five years will be different then today. I'm not going to go into it snarling and cussing the whole way. 8 years ago, I was told I had a stage 4 cancerous brain tumor, that I should get my life in order because I only had a few months. when I left the hospital I learned to stop and smell the flowers as they say. Although have to admit I still don't know who "they" are and why I should listen to them, but, smelling the flowers is working for me. Something, light coffee
