Man. 49 years old. Zodiac sign: Scorpio.
Looking for: woman. In age: 46-56
I am an extraordinary work in progress. I'm fun, witty, charming, fit, active, worldly, grounded and casually elegant :) I've learned, loved, lost and made mistakes, but the difference being I "actively" work on the parts that need work. That includes a weekly men"s group.I'm considered handsome, fun, outgoing, optimistic, and am a HUGE animal lover and lover of children. I am active in that I love to hike, bike, kayak, ski (downhill and cross-I am kind, fund, creative, sensitive, but am also very human. I love to laugh, cry at times, speak more openly than ever, and not let resentment build up inside of me, causing me to im/explode. For work I am an attorney, lobbying for Native American tribes and pueblos, but I often describe myself as a well-paid janitor... cleaning up the messes of others for good pay.You will find me romantic, sensitive, generous and complex at times. While I desire a "simple" life, I believe we are all pretty complicated... once we peel back the layers, we find more and more layers. I love exploring those, and working on the parts that could use improvement.I'm UNLIKE most every single man you may meet here, and am not for everyone... but I AM for someone who is exceptional. Please be fit, active, lead a pretty healthy lifestyle, and attractive. Have good self-esteem, and have a life of your own.Your *** be *** kindly responded to :) A first date can be soo many things.. Venue is not important, but connection is.

So many dating sites share wonderful things about themselves, but what about quirks and idiosyncrasies? They are what ends relationships. I decided *** creating a profile for a first date, I created one to have the 2nd.I would be happy to bore you by telling you how wonderful I am by attaching lots flattering adjectives. I am sure that you have seen this many times before. I believe that words are cheap, but actions speak louder. So, why not start with a bad stuff?1. I am impulsive and restless at times.2. I sometimes stay up too late or wake up too early.3. I've learned as I have gotten older to slow down and see the world around me.4. I'm 30 lbs. overweight. I’m not fat, I’m poofy.5. I tend to be shy at first, but warm up quickly if there is a connection.6. I do not like to watch sports on TV.7. I have not been to a bar or night club in years.8. I tend to stay away from cities.9. I have been divorced since ***and have not dated at all. This is all new to me.How about the good stuff?1. I play softball2. I coach soccer.3. I cook and bake.4. I like gardening.5. I play video games to relax, but I know when to stop.6. I prefer milkshakes over beer.7. I am honest and dependable.8. I like Sci Fi movies.9. I hope to retire in 10 years and devote my time to volunteering at a Senior Center.Honestly I think that most folks don't want a relationship. Seems as though many have an image of the "perfect" match or "soul mate" they are looking for. I wish folks would look deeper than physical attraction.I tend to me attracted to quiet nerdy/geeky women. I don't mind a woman with curves. I don't seem to do well with flashy loud women that need to be the center of attention in the room. What has your experience been? Time to nut up or shut up... (If you know this quote that’s extra points)
