About me, I'm a father of 5 kids, spread out over three decades, My 3 oldest are on there own, but live close and visit when they can. The 2 youngest live with me full time. They are my 18 yr old daughter and my 10 year old son. I live on 3 acres and the kids love driving around on it in their Gator. I like 50's and 60's cars, and trucks, and interesting antiques. I'm in the process of restoring a ***Chevy Caprice, and have a couple of other projects waiting in the wings. On the weekends I enjoy having family and friends around for a BBQ, and music on the deck, or a trip to the lake. My taste in music is wide and varied. from Kid Rock to Sinatra in the Rat Pack to 80's first wave, and classic rock, with the occasional country music too. I'm a supervisor, at work, and most weeks I put in a 50hr week. So I enjoy unwinding on my weekends. I'm not into the Bar Scene. But I like to get out and dance, see new places and explore the mountains, lakes, and desert were I live. I am a large fellow, who is not afraid of being large. Take a chance, you may have some fun! Something easy, coffee or a drink, see if we click and discuss a real date.

So many dating sites share wonderful things about themselves, but what about quirks and idiosyncrasies? They are what ends relationships. I decided *** creating a profile for a first date, I created one to have the 2nd.I would be happy to bore you by telling you how wonderful I am by attaching lots flattering adjectives. I am sure that you have seen this many times before. I believe that words are cheap, but actions speak louder. So, why not start with a bad stuff?1. I am impulsive and restless at times.2. I sometimes stay up too late or wake up too early.3. I've learned as I have gotten older to slow down and see the world around me.4. I'm 30 lbs. overweight. I’m not fat, I’m poofy.5. I tend to be shy at first, but warm up quickly if there is a connection.6. I do not like to watch sports on TV.7. I have not been to a bar or night club in years.8. I tend to stay away from cities.9. I have been divorced since ***and have not dated at all. This is all new to me.How about the good stuff?1. I play softball2. I coach soccer.3. I cook and bake.4. I like gardening.5. I play video games to relax, but I know when to stop.6. I prefer milkshakes over beer.7. I am honest and dependable.8. I like Sci Fi movies.9. I hope to retire in 10 years and devote my time to volunteering at a Senior Center.Honestly I think that most folks don't want a relationship. Seems as though many have an image of the "perfect" match or "soul mate" they are looking for. I wish folks would look deeper than physical attraction.I tend to me attracted to quiet nerdy/geeky women. I don't mind a woman with curves. I don't seem to do well with flashy loud women that need to be the center of attention in the room. What has your experience been? Time to nut up or shut up... (If you know this quote that’s extra points)
