About Me

Let's see what I can say about myself. I was married once and had two children girls who are now 23 and 21. They have children of their own now yep girls ages 6 and 3, Had one other granddaughter but she passed away this past year. She was 18 months old.I also have a son who is 7 and he is a handful. Between him and the grandkids they keep me worn out....lol Not really I enjoy doing things with them. As far as myself, I am going to school again after a short break of 20 something years, I basically had to start over from scratch and it has taken a little longer to get into the core classes that I had thought. But I am leaning towards the computer field. I worked in telecommunications for about 15 years and hopefully I can ease into a inside tech job. As far as things I like to do. I like traveling, camping, fishing, and anything to do with a beach. My favorite place to travel to is Maui been there a few times. I use to play baseball and did so in high school, college ( the reason I didn't get my degree the first time), and most recently in two adult leagues here in the DFW area, But as most of do I got hurt and then put on some weight and eventually stopped playing. What I am looking for in a lady. First of all she has to like kids, my son is here a lot and so are my grandkids. A big turn off for me are the profiles where a lady says all these thing about herself and then says she wants someone with no drama or baggage. Well at our age we all come with some sort of baggage and drama, Its all how we let it interfere with out relationships. I am mostly attracted to brunettes and have been all my life. However, some other ladies catch my eye at times. With that being said I am partial to Asian and Hispanic women. But that is not set in stone if their is some kind of attraction in someone else.     We can put down whatever in this space to try and sell ourselves on the facts we are all the greatest thing sine sliced bread. However, in my experience nobody really reads this. People look at the pictures and decide if there is a physical attraction and go from there. I on the other hand scrutanize profiles as much as i can. Even though the profile picture is what initially piques my interest, once inside I try and vet the profile on content and what I can gain about the person's overall character. So rest assured, if I express interest in someone, it is because I think we have enough in common to get along.     I am an educator at the high school level working mainly with emotionally disturbed, autistic, and ADD/ADHD students. I love my job and the kids that I work with.     I love to play, laugh and joke all the time. I have enough time at work to be serious. I would rather take my bike to the beach ANYDAY and go to "The Spot" and enjoy lunch and drinks while listening to the ocean. He decided to write, and thought she might, and they went on a date and it was a delight!
