About Me

Hi, Thanks for stopping by and taking a look. I am not quite sure whether to write what I want, or who I am so I will write a little of both. Who I am:I am an honest and loyal guy that is dedicated to my two wonderful little girls (8 and 4.) I am the type of person that returns change when over paid, I hold doors for people, I speak to total strangers, I believe in Karma (although I don’t think you are ever around to see it happen,) I love to laugh, have good glass of wine. I prefer local establishments over large clubs and stick to a smaller tighter group of friends. I am sarcastic in a funny way with my humor tending to lean towards the dry side (think Seinfeld) I am a firm believer in treating the person you are with like they are important and valued. I appreciate that in return. In the past I have been a firefighter, a VP of Sales and am currently a professional photographer. I love my job as it offers me the ability to be creative, allows me lots of flexibility to do things with my girls and it is just a cool gig!I play golf and in the past just about every sport - although for some inexplicable reason I can’t bowl worth a damn. Go figure. I am actually a pretty good cook. What I want:Style, class, someone who is comfortable going out to a nice dinner or staying home and hanging out.… I am not your guy. I have done enough crazy things in my life. Spontaneity would be great, sense a humor is a must. Affectionate, thoughtful and kind. Extra points for smart asses. As I mentioned, I have two girls. Please don’t take it personally but you will not meet them until such time it looks like a long term thing. It just isn’t fair to them to have people coming in and out of their lives. If you have kids that is awesome. So if this is you, step up. I am making a point to answer all responses to my profile.Have an awesome day! The first date is kind of a barometer for the rest of the relationship right? A test . Too fancy and it can come off pretentious, to casual and it looks like you don't take it seriously. Frankly, this is a trick question. If you already know what the first date is going to be, then you aren't taking the other person into consideration right? Most likely drinks and appetizers; nice and safe. If you talk about your cat for 2 hours and we can part as friends. If we hit it off, we can order dinner.

I am on the "road" often and think that CAN be beneficial for relationships. Nobody needs me around every day; I would lose my mystery. Ideally, you can or do travel a couple times per month.I actually am 5'11." Can you drive by a Starbucks and not stop? I stop for pedestrians and washed-out bridges. You have several, non camera-phone, non bathroom-mirror pictures and liken winks to surgery. Picture in your car? Bad driver. Two pictures in your car? Please, for the love of humanity, stop.Middle of the road? Really....... I will find out. A degree would be nice. It doesn't make you smart; it shows you can listen, have initiative, perseverance, resourcefulness, and an ability to survive on dorm food. Ugg boots are UGGLY....I digress. Ever had your toes freeze waiting for a school bus? Nose get so cold you couldn't feel it during the first 3 hours of school? (Sadly, it was RUNNING the whole time.) Ridden through a snow-storm on a Harley and shivered for an HOUR after getting off of it? It's the home of hotdogs, harleys, cow- Low key beverage of choice, except coffee
