I am a teacher who loves his job. I am formerly from NY (moved here 9 years ago). I enjoy sports ( playing and watching). So I am looking for a tailgate partner! I also enjoy the beach, golfing, bowling, playing softball, music, working out, dancing and traveling. I often travel back to NY to visit family. I am very family oriented. I enjoy being on the go, but enjoy a quiet evening in cooking dinner together and cuddling while watching a movie. Love cuddling, especially during a thunderstorm. I guess you can say I am very diverse when it comes to things I enjoy. I enjoy getting dressed up to go out to a nice dinner or function, I can throw on some jeans and a casual shirt and hit a comedy club, or I am just as happy putting on my flip flops and shorts to go to a tiki bar on the beach. I enjoy live music over a DJ. I take care of myself and I actually feel I am in better shape now than I was in my 20's. Everyone I meet is shocked to find out my real age as I look 10 years younger....at least that's what most people tell me!! The dating scene is very exhausting. I just want to find a woman who enjoys some of the things I do. Someone who has a good balance of being on the go and time relaxing at home. A woman who appreciates a man that is affectionate and has a sense of chivalry and is very loyal to the one he is with. It would be nice to find someone that does not just want to date several guys, but wants one man to get to know and see what the future holds. UPDATE...just got a new dog (lab & chow mix ) that I rescued from a shelter and would love to find someone that either has a dog or just likes to go on walks/runs with me and my new buddy!!! Well after reading all the other profiles on here it looks like the beaches will be crowded with people going on first dates so that might be out! I guess we can go to a tiki bar and watch all the other people on first dates??!!Actually I am open for anything. Something to give us time to talk and learn about one another. We could do anything from going to dinner to putt putt golfing. If you like to golf that would be a plus. 18 holes of golf would give us plenty of time to talk!!
