Someone once said to me “live life how you want, this is not a rehearsal, take chances, love, be happy, say what you feel and bugger the consequences. So time for a new chapter. More fun, less tears, and a happy ending would be nice for this one please. Previously I was chef for the Royal family, in Michelin star restaurants, and ran my own seafood restaurant, amongst other things.I spent 3 years volunteering and living at an orphanage in the jungle of Guatemala, along with traveling Central and South America, which was a fantastic life changing experienceI love to laugh and be daft and according to my female friends, have a wacky sense of humour, and am a decent, genuine guy...kind, caring, sensitive and a reliable big softie underneath (their words not mine). Don't have any kids but have absolutely nothing against them, just never met the right person {;-) I enjoy nights in on the sofa or nights out at the cinema or restaurant, but not clubbing, please? I enjoy most things in life actually and am happy so long as you are.I like to be spontaneous, and actively seek new experiences, I've Abseiled, catapulted, Bungee jumped, dived with sharks and climbed active volcanoes amongst other things, I enjoy most types of music, and I try to get to at least half a dozen concerts a year.Who am I looking for?
