Most people who learn of my age are SHOCKED!!! They say I neither look, nor act, my age. In the last year I completed my first 25 mile bicycle tour and certified in SCUBA diving. I am as vibrant, energetic and active as I was in my 20's with all the knowledge, patience, experience, and wisdom gained during the intervening years. Michelanglo painted the Sistine Chapel at 69! My newly discovered goal is to live life as intensely, richly, and purposefully as possible. My steaks are medium-rare, juicy, aromatic and full of flavor. Of great importance to me is achieving Peace, Harmony, and Tranquility amid the turbulent seas of work, family, and life activities.
