- pretty much the best of both worlds! I'm fortunate to have a career I love and hope to meet someone who enjoys theirs. For outdoor fun, my favourites are swimming and canoeing/kayaking (pretty much anything to do with water) and also enjoy biking and snowshoeing. On my 'once in awhile' list would be camping, snowmobiling, etc. Skiing is fun, but having grown up on the non-). I don't run all through the year, but always do enough so I can enjoy the Sun Run each spring. I love that new cliffwalk at Capilano and it's on the list whenever friends visit.When the weather's not so nice or it just feels like a lazy day, I'm more than happy to spend it reading, watching a movie or perhaps taking in some live theatre or a comedy club.Family and old friends are very important to me, as hopefully yours are to you. I think traditions like seeing the Nutcracker at Christmas and decorating the house for Halloween just make life more fun. My young son lives with me half time and manages to add fun to just about everything...well, maybe except grocery shopping.I'm drawn to people who want to make the world a better place or even just their small corner of it. We don't always have to agree on what's important or how it should be fixed, but it's nice if you have a bit of that in you.If you're still with me at this point and think we might be a good match, I look forward to hearing from you! I want to restart again but haven't yet. I also own a Harley but don't ride much. the group I rode with has moved away and without a passenger at least its not as fun,sometimes its very nice to just hop on and go. really relaxing and clears your mind.I really believe that a strong relationship is built on a solid friendship Coffee and conversation. That way you can really get a sense of the person in a warm relaxing atmosphere.
