    i am a single Father with 3 kids, 26,19 & ***boys and my daughter is the youngest. The 2 youngest still live at home most of the time. The taste isn't always great but they are very healthy. I grew up very athletic,playing sports and Martial Arts. When my oldest son started playing High School Football we both started weight training together.It was a lot of hard work but was fun and very rewarding. I wound up with a hernia and had to stop. I want to restart again but haven't yet. I also own a Harley but don't ride much. the group I rode with has moved away and without a passenger at least its not as fun,sometimes its very nice to just hop on and go. really relaxing and clears your mind.I really believe that a strong relationship is built on a solid friendship Coffee and conversation. That way you can really get a sense of the person in a warm relaxing atmosphere.
