Anything else beyond that has to come through chemistry. I always found that if a conversation comes easy between 2 people, then there is a certain degree of chemistry already there. If there is any sign of difficulty in holding a conversation, I tend to take that as a bad omen. It probably just isn't meant to be. I bought a house 2 years ago so i enjoy working on it im kinda handy at that stuff.
