About Me

I'd like to find somebody to spend time with and have some fun. Maybe that would develop into something more. I think my friends would say I'm fun to be around. I'm always cracking jokes and having a good time. I enjoy... being outside, concerts, sports, travel, walks, reading, staying in and watching some tv or a movie, reading. I don't have any kids, but enjoy spending time with my family. I'm always open to trying something new. I'm pretty spontaneous. I love animals (especially dogs, but cats are great too). I'm pretty self contained. Have my own business, home, life. Been happily single for a while, but, as things have come together for me, I find that I miss having someone to spoil, cuddle, kiss, share with. I am a bit overweight and it bugs me because I think of myself as athletic and the weight dampens that. It's something I'm working on and I know I will get there. I'm doing it with juicing and exercise, none of that crazy diet stuff. Trying to lead a healthier life. If you have a few extra pounds, maybe we can do this together, or if you're already in great shape you can show me the way. I don't know what my type is when it comes to women. The only thing I have no patience for are drama queens that always frame themselves as victims. I can't believe how long I rambled on this thing.     Well... I think I'm pretty much a normal guy... LOL.I love road trips, long or short, (meaning a road trip doesn't have to be extravagant)... day or weekend road trips can be just as good... some of the best things are local and right under our noses. I'm up for just about anything... let me in on some of your fun places and I will be glad to return the favor!I love/play music... Live Bands, Concerts, Festivals, are all definitely a fun time for me... I play guitar, I like all types of music... I'm just not real big on Rap, (but I would listen to it... if for nothing else than a cultural experience). Art galleries and museums are a great time as well! BBQ's or cooking in my kitchen with friends and family is probably my #1 way to relax... I believe that both my grandmothers had it right... "Cooking was their therapy" and cooking with friends and family was there "Group Session"... LOL. I also love road trips just specifically to try special eateries or different foods... I'm a "Foodie" for sure. I’m looking for a great friend/mate who wishes and “works at” enjoying a drama free life… A person who "really" likes to make the best out of things and has the ability to focus and recognize their needs and the strength to make others aware of them. I believe communication is the basis of a healthy relationship and the only way to see that both people are striving to get their, (and their partners's) emotional/physical needs met.While, (like most people on this sight), I’m here with the aspiration of finding "Miss Right"...
