I am going back to online dating and going back to online dating with somewhat middle to lower expectations because as you get older, I think you get a little bit more realistic, but at the saem time, you still know what you want and definitely what you don't want. I wanted to live a more healthy lifestyle and so I made the commitment in the last year to lose weight and eat better. I lost ***pounds and made the complete transformation to a new healthier me, but I did for the right reason and that was to be healthy and live longer. I go to the gym and work out ***days a week when I can. I am just more active now and I am looking for that hopefully in the next woman I meet or am serious with. I have dated the full figured woman all my life and now want to try to meet a woman who takes care of herself, she looks good in anything she wears from hanging out in her jeans to dressing up for a night on the town. I am looking for a woman who likes going to the movies, going to the theatre, going to art museums or history museums, going to concerts and will go to a professional sporting event like a SF Giants game, a Sac Kings or Golden State Warriors game, a SJ Sharks game, or a NFL game. A woman who will cozy up me and watch a movie with me on a weekend or cuddle up to me with a fire. A woman who enjoys a romantic meal together by candlelight. A woman who enjoys a tall chivalrous, real man who will open doors for her, open her car door and let her in first, a man who will help her put her coat on and take her coat off when we are out, a man who will carry her bags for her when she is shopping. I would like to find a woman who enjoys traveling and likes to get away on a romantic, quality time, "adult time" I really want to meet someone who will make me laugh and just make me smile and glow. I want to meet a woman who has a career, is career minded, is a hard worker, she wants to continue to climb the ladder and at the end of the day, she can still shut it off. I want to meet a woman who hopefully doesn't do drugs, smokes or has problems with alcohol. A woman who hopefully wants to go dancing or is at least open minded about going dancing, she will go to karaoke with me and I hope get up and sing with me or maybe just sing. A woman who likes to go to comedy clubs and just likes to laugh, she has moments when she can be a dork, but she knows when to be serious. I really want a woman who makes me want to be a better man, a woman who will motivate and inspire me to live longer, she encourages me to continue to take care of myself and eat better, she enjoys being intimate, sex just isn't an act to her, she actually loves me and doesn't use me, she has my back, she is concerned about me, she worries about me, but at the same time she gives me my space and I will gladly give her space if she wants to be with her girlfriends or her mom or her children and she will give me my space if I hang with my guy friends or old college buddies. She has a great self esteem, she is confident, i hope there is no heavy drama, because there is no time for it in a relationship. I hope she is a great communicator, she doesn't make me guess, she is direct, she is open, she is constructive, but not hurtful. Have I given you enough to talk about? A romantic dinner in a great restaurant, possibly followed by dessert shared together,i feed you and you feed me and we stare into each others eyes. We might go have a nightcap and possibly we make out. I also like meeting each other for a picnic and we share a great bottle of wine, some cheese, some fruit, some strawberries, some grapes. We walk around the park enjoying each others company or we just lay there cuddling on the picnic blanket enjoying the sun. The destination isn't important, it is the chemistry and the reality is we get along and we like each other and there is chemistry, anything can help basically

    My two daughters are in college and now it's time for myself.
