I do snowplowing in the winter so any date comes with the"if it isn't snowing clause." and makes it hard to get away for the weekend till spring. Meet for drinks or dinner first see if there is mutual attraction. Second date probably more romantic. Would love to do some nighttime snowshoeing if it ever snows this year?
