I tend to keep to myself. I spend quite bit of time in my recording studio, just trying to keep it all fun, and light. I don’t play out anymore, as I do not to move any gear around. No road crew, no Buck. There it is there you have it. Looking for someone to have some good times with, hang out, and have fun together.

Hello, This is the first time I joined a dating site. I hope it works out. Well, here I go... Ok... My friends describe me as a great father. I have 2 kids that are over 18 and they are the best thing that ever happened to me. I also have good traits like being sincere, faithful, honest, funny, caring, passionate and always on time. I am a hardworking and fun-loving. I believe in the old adage, work hard, play hard and I do my best to maximize my free time. I enjoy the simple things in life like the beach, a good bottle of red wine, and a fun night out on the town or a quiet evening at home. My family and friends are important to me. I have a small group of best friends, as I also believe in "quality versus quantity" in all facets of my life. I am a big sports fan as well. I love football, basketball and I'm a big Cowboys, Spurs fan and have been for a while. I write music and play music................ I write songs myselve.... :D I cannot describe the woman I want to date as I have not yet met her, but I hope you find me sooooon! I don't have too many particular requirements other than pretty much sticking to my age range and you must take care of yourself. I'm ok alone. I actually enjoy my own company:) I do however, know a lot about what I don't want merely by going through the dating process, but I am still sort of searching for exactly what it is I DO want. I guess I will know "it" when I find "it". I will say this, I don't like game players or those who cannot be honest, even if it hurts. I am looking for someone to share my life with, a true partner and someone to spend some quality time with. Someone who also enjoys and appreciates the simple things in life. Of course she should be ambitious and motivated, but able to relax and enjoy her free time. I'm not at all what I would call demanding or materialistic, so if you are either of those, as harsh as it may sound, don't respond. If you find yourself nodding your head, thinking, wow, that sounds just like me! By all means, please contact me ... Thanks:)

I live alone with my two year old White Boxer, Miss Lucy. I am involved in the Boxer Rescue, as well as those of other large breeds. Dogs are wonderful. I love wine. I plan my vacations to go to Wine Country...I dont have a favorite wine; I try to match the occasion or food with the right wine. Love trying new wine I have read about. I love coffee and love to read. Spend many hours at bookstore doing both. I read on average, one book a month, but I usually read two at a time. I have varied interests, so the books I read are all over the place. Not much into Sci-Fi or Vampires, but I did love the HBO "Tru Blood" series. I am also a sucker for Italian cuisine; I think I could eat it every day and not get sick of it. Love to try new foods and new restaurants. I work out about 4 days a week, but I am not an "amped up" physical fitness geek. I work it in to my schedule, and I enjoy it. It doesnt control me. It keeps me fit, healthier, and from being 300lbs...but I am not a tri athlete or marathoner or cross fit guru. I am in decent shape, that's all. I love all kinds of music.***that ";. I am a huge LSU Tigers fan. Also a fan of the Saints and the Dolphins. Communication is crucial, esp for online dating. Ask me anything...and everything. I will answer honestly. It's the critical component to not wasting each other's time. I think we owe that to each other--and to ourselves. Honesty is so liberating...better we see each other in the imperfect light of honesty than in "productions" that aren't real. Its okay to have a job you hate, have quirks, not be a perfect person, and occasionally have drama in your life. I know on these sites everyone is "drama free"...I am not buying it. First dates for me are usually at Starbucks or some other coffee shop. Could be a wine bar. A first date can always extend to a restaurant or something...I hear people speak of "perfect dates"...I can't answer that. A perfect date is really enjoying what youre doing with someone you really enjoy doing it with, whatever it is. IMO, its more about the who, than the where or the what. And perfection is never my goal...my goal is "good". Sometimes perfection beats up the good...and that's not good; not at all.
